Set Your Intention: Before lighting, take a moment to ground yourself. Breathe deeply and state your intention.

Light Your Smudge: Using a match or lighter, carefully ignite the tip of your White Sage or Palo Santo stick. Allow it to catch flame briefly, then gently blow it out so it smolders and produces smoke.

Use the Abalone Shell: Hold the shell underneath the smudge stick to catch any ashes, respecting the sacred elements of fire, air, water, and earth.

Cleanse Your Space: Slowly walk around your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, around doorways, or over yourself to cleanse your aura.
